Goal 1: To sleep alot better, i know when i need my B12 as i want to sleep so much more, suffering with cramps and back pain make it difficult to sleep.
Goal 2:To walk as much as possible, the dogs help with that.
Goal 3:To stretch as much as i can, especially my legs as i suffer with the cramp.
Goal 4: I need to do my yoga, little bit scared after back surgery but it will help with the stretching too.
Goal 5: To go for a really brisk walk every day is a big goal, small leisurely walks wit the dogs are easy but i do need to pick the pace up.
